I am a light sleeper who lives in an apartment with neighbors who are loud late at night, and I have to say, I have seen a difference in the quality of my sleep since I started using these. They are definitely softer and more comfortable than typical earplugs, which helps a lot. I also agree with other reviewers who suggest that they should come with a case, because it's very easy to lose them. Also, they do take a little while to fully expand once you roll them and put them in, so be patient when you try them. (It took me a number of tries before I figured out how to put them in in a way that worked for me.). All in all I recommend them, will buy again.

Plugs are slightly thinner than normal 3M 1100C. For me both are suitable. After rolling the expansion is slow. It might be faster. If 3M is not comfortable this might be the answer. In the future a carrying box might be added for this product.

This is the best earplugs that I’ve ever used. Tried so many types. These definitely beat others, given its comfort. Australia does not have them, so I have to order them from US website.

I live in a shared apartment and I really cannot control what other people chose to do. Although it is rather quiet, I tend to sleep earlier than most people so there can be noises. I have found that there is significantly reduced sound disruption which helps me sleep better and I am sure it has helped me avoid being woken up unnecessarily. Glad to have the product at my disposal since I am working on having better quality sleep
