There are few reasons why a coupon code cannot be applied to an order:

While we’re not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the courier marks them as delivered, we’d be happy to help you locate your missing order. Please follow the steps below:

• Check with your family or neighbours as it’s possible that one of them received the package on your behalf.
• Check exterior doors or other places where the courier may have left your package (e.g. behind a plant). There's a possibility that the courier left the package out of plain sight to ensure its safety (especially since these parcels do not require a signature).
• If the package isn’t with your family or neighbours, please contact the courier and inquire about your package using the tracking number you received from our shipping confirmation email. It’s possible that the package is still with them and they just mistakenly scanned it as “Delivered”.
• If you still can’t locate the package after this, please let our Customer Success team know that your order is missing and share your order number with them. You may reach our Customer Success team via our contact page.

Below are the common reasons why packages get sent back to us:

• The address on file is incorrect. To ensure the smooth delivery of your package, please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
• The recipient isn’t available to accept the delivery.
• The recipient or a family member refused to accept the delivery.
• There are charges you need to settle with customs.

If the courier wasn’t able to successfully deliver the package, they’ll hold on to it in a nearby distribution centre. If the retaining period is exceeded and the package remains unclaimed, it gets returned to the sender.

If your package has been returned to us, we’d be happy to reship. Simply send your updated shipping address and order number to our Customer Success team via our contact page. We can also provide a refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Just put the mask in the included carrying pouch, which doubles as a laundry mesh net, and put it in the washer. Once you’re done washing, air dry the mask by laying it flat.

For Manta masks which are not machine washable (Manta WEIGHTED head strap, Manta COOL eye cups and Manta STEAM eye cups), please hand wash only. For Manta SOUND, put the eye cups and only the inner layer of the head strap in the included mesh pouch and put in the washer. Air dry by laying flat.

For Manta AROMA mask, please remove the AROMA sachet before putting the mask in the washer.

The Manta Pro Mask is the best sleep mask we’ve ever made and it was created to ensure your utmost comfort regardless of what type of sleeper you are.

The whole mask is super lightweight so it sits gently on your face as you sleep on your back. For side and belly sleepers (which make up about 74% of the population), we used a C-shaped foam for unbeatable belly/side sleep comfort. Since there’s less material on the temple, your head would sit flat on your pillow. Furthermore, Pro’s eye cups feature a smart “air bubble” that expands to keep light out when needed and compresses flat when you lie on your side. This gives you complete blackout sans the bulkiness so you’re comfortable all night long.

Both the Manta Sleep Mask Pro and the Original Manta Sleep Mask were created to provide 100% blackout for all types of sleepers. They’re both infinitely adjustable, durable and machine washable. However, The Pro’s angled strap was designed to sit gently above the ears whereas the Original uses a strap that can be worn above and over the ears.

Also, while both the Original Manta Sleep Mask and the Manta Sleep Mask Pro were designed with side sleepers in mind, the Pro’s C-shape foam is more engineered for side sleepers who want nothing to come between their head and their pillow.

As for breathability, the Original uses a modal fabric which promotes breathability so sweat and moisture are quickly released and not trapped next to your skin. On the other hand, the Pro uses cooling and ventilated materials such as Tactel® fabric and polyester mesh to promote maximum air flow for advanced ventilation and unmatched comfort.

The mask is machine washable, but please make sure to use cold water and put the mask in a laundry mesh net. Simply place your Manta Sleep Mask Pro (with the eye cups) into the net and wash. Please make sure to always use a laundry net when machine washing, otherwise the foam may get overstretched and deformed. Using a net to machine wash will SIGNIFICANTLY increase the lifespan of your product. Please don’t bleach the mask.

Once done washing, air dry flat (DO NOT tumble dry as the heat can damage the mask).

The Manta Sleep Mask Pro uses advanced materials and ventilation for unmatched breathability. It features specialised ventilation holes and perforated materials that gently guide heat away from your face — so you stay cool and comfortable as you sleep.

It depends on how long your eyelash extensions are. The depth in the centre of the eye cups is about ¾ inches so it shouldn't cause any discomfort for most people.

Absolutely not. One of the most annoying things about generic and cheap sleep masks with hook and loop closures is that the hooks will often catch and pull on your hair. It’s painful. It’s annoying. And it definitely doesn’t help you sleep better. This is why we used micro hook closures on the strap. It’s GUARANTEED to not stick to or pull hair. We even tested this on our dog (just kidding...not really.)

It’s hard to say for sure because there are so many different models of CPAP masks on the market. However, since the eye cups are adjustable, you’ll have greater flexibility in adapting it to fit with your CPAP mask. While we aren’t sure how exciting your sleeping habits are, it’s unlikely that the Manta Sleep Mask Pro will fall off during the night. Its grippy, anti-slip silicone gel would ensure that your mask would stay where it should as you rest.

We've had a number of customers who mainly buy our masks because of chronic dry eyes and we're pleased to say that they've observed that our masks do indeed keep their eyes from drying out. One reason for this is because the eye cups are contoured, the mask doesn't rub on the eyes at all and at the same time protects the eyes from outside elements such as cold air from air conditioning (which is one cause of dry eyes).

Very likely, yes. We have hundreds of thousands of happy customers and 99.99% of them report 100% blackout (no light leaking in). This is because of the adjustable eye cups. Most generic or cheap sleep masks let light through around the nose area. However, the Manta Sleep Mask Pro’s eye cups are adjustable, which means the product can conform to your face and nose shape to create a perfect seal.

The Manta Sleep Mask Pro extends up to 26 inches when fully laid out. The eye cups are 3.55 inches across. The centre of the eye cups has a depth of about 3/4 inches. The largest circumference it can accommodate is 24 inches while the smallest circumference it can accommodate is 17 inches.

In comparison, O-shaped eye cups (like the ones with our original Manta Sleep Mask) feature a simpler design that means more material between your face and your pillow when you sleep on your side. Though they are still very comfortable, many side sleepers prefer C-shaped eye cups.

It only stays cool for the doctor-recommended duration of 10 minutes to protect the sensitive skin around your eye area from damage.

We intentionally designed the product to only stay cool for the doctor-recommended duration of 10 minutes. This is to protect the sensitive skin around your eye area from getting damaged.

We recommend placing the Manta COOL Eye Cups inside the freezer for at least an hour before using them. However, you could also place them inside your freezer for as long as you like and just take them out when you need them. Don’t forget to use the resealable bag that came with your eye cups to ensure that they’re protected from the smell inside your freezer!

For the Manta STEAM Eye Cups, we didn’t use beads that could both be microwaved and cooled because we wanted to focus on materials that are specifically tailored for the purpose we’ve set for them. This would ensure that the product would work great since it specialises in just one function. For a mask that could be cooled, please check out the Manta COOL Mask or or Manta COOL Eye Cups.

The full mask weighs around 0.44 lbs and the Manta STEAM Eye Cups weigh around 0.38 lbs.

If you microwave the mask for 30 seconds, its temperature would reach about 50°C. The result would slightly vary depending on the power of the microwave you’re using. Always test the temperature of the eye cups with the back of your wrist. If the eye cups are too hot for you, wait for 1 to 2 minutes before using.

We recommend microwaving it on medium-high heat for 30 seconds. However, microwave wattages may vary so you can microwave your Manta STEAM Mask for 5 more seconds to increase the warmth. But don’t microwave for more than 40 seconds as this could cause injury to the user or damage the mask. 

If your microwave doesn’t have a rotating tray, start with 15 seconds. Remove the eye cups, flip them over, then continue microwaving for 15 seconds. If you live in a dry climate, sprinkle a few drops of water on the eye cups before heating them.

For reuse within 30 minutes of original use, microwave for half the time. It is recommended to wait for an hour between uses for maximum effect.

Place the eye cups in the ziplock bag that comes in the package. Place the bag in the freezer at least 1 hour prior to usage. Once cooled, place the eye cups on the head strap and put the mask on for immediate head, eye and sinus relief.

If cooled in the freezer according to the instructions given, COOL Eye Cups remain ice cold for the doctor-recommended duration of 10 minutes, which is long enough to soothe your head, eyes and sinuses without damaging your skin.

You sure can! All Manta Sleep Eye Cups work well with all Manta Sleep Head Straps. Just a heads up though, the Manta COOL Eye Cups are a bit weighted so we recommend using non-weighted straps with them.

While the Manta COOL Eye Cups can be refrigerated, unfortunately, they can’t be heated. We intentionally used specialised beads that are specifically tailored for the purpose we’ve set for them to give you a much better cooling therapy experience. During the research process, we found out that beads that could both be heated and cooled only provide substandard results unlike beads that specialise in just one area. At Manta Sleep, we want you to have the best experience possible so we went for the beads that specialise in just one function

We recommend placing the Manta COOL Eye Cups inside the freezer for at least an hour before using them. However, you could also place them inside your freezer for as long as you like and just take them out when you need them. Don’t forget to use the resealable bag that came with your eye cups to ensure that they’re protected from the smell inside your freezer!

Microwave the STEAM Eye Cups for 20 seconds (and no more than 30 seconds). Remove contact lenses and eye makeup before use. Place the eye cups on the head strap and put the mask on to relieve dry eyes, stress and sinus pressure.

Please ONLY use a microwave in heating the Manta STEAM Eye Cups. While microwaves could make the Manta STEAM Eye Cups warm and steamy, other ovens would dry them out and remove all the moisture inside.

Absolutely! All Manta Sleep Head Straps work with all Manta Sleep Eye Cups. However, since the Manta STEAM Eye Cups are a bit weighted compared to our original eye cups, we recommend using non-weighted head straps with them if you’re not used to having too much weight on your face.

You can microwave the whole mask so you won’t have to readjust the eye cups all the time. :)

Good question! For the Manta STEAM Eye Cups, we didn’t use beads that could both be microwaved and cooled because we wanted to focus on materials that are specifically tailored for the purpose we’ve set for them. This would ensure that the product would work great since it specialises in just one function. For a mask that could be cooled, please check out the Manta COOL Mask or or Manta COOL Eye Cups.

We recommend microwaving it on medium-high heat for 30 seconds. However, microwave wattages may vary so you can microwave your Manta STEAM Mask for 5 more seconds to increase the warmth. But don’t microwave for more than 40 seconds as this could cause injury to the user or damage the mask. 

If your microwave doesn’t have a rotating tray, start with 15 seconds. Remove the eye cups, flip them over, then continue microwaving for 15 seconds. If you live in a dry climate, sprinkle a few drops of water on the eye cups before heating them.

For reuse within 30 minutes of original use, microwave for half the time. It is recommended to wait for an hour between uses for maximum effect.

If you want to extend the duration of AROMA Dots even more, consider putting your AROMA Dot back in the packaging after using it for the night, and take it out for your next slumber.

Each AROMA Dot is 2mm thick and 3cm in diameter. Because of the size and lightweight materials, AROMA Dots add virtually no weight to your Manta mask.

As AROMA Dots are designed to be held within the patch holder that is included with the purchase, they don’t directly touch the mask. However, if you feel that the scent is lingering on the mask’s fabric, simply washing your Manta mask will remove it.
