Processing

Our fulfillment team tries to process orders as quickly as they can. On average, they process/ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during the holiday season due to increased order volumes and potential carrier delays.

Standard Shipping

Australia and New Zealand

The standard shipping rate for customers within Australia and New Zealand is A$9. Shipping is free for orders of A$149 or above within Australia. Customs fees may apply.

• Australia - Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 6 business days.
• New Zealand - Once shipped, your order should arrive within 4 to 9 business days.
  

International

Currently, our Australian warehouse only ships to Australia and New Zealand. If you are from the UK/EU and you wish to purchase one of our products, please visit our Manta Sleep UK website. For all other international orders, we recommend visiting our Manta Sleep US website. Our warehouse in the US ships worldwide at competitive prices.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS - GST fees are already included in the product price.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS - GST fees are already included in the product price. Customers will need to pay for customs fees. We encourage checking your local customs laws before making a purchase. Unfortunately, Manta Sleep will not be able to cover or refund any customs fees incurred by the customers’ local laws.
