Yes, Manta SILK Sleep Mask is 100% machine washable, though it requires specific care to maintain the integrity of the silk:

• Wash before first use. Use cold water with mild detergent and avoid bleach.
• Put the mask (with the eye cups) in the mesh laundry bag.
• Wash separately, especially for the first few washes.
• Add a colour-catcher sheet.
• Air-dry completely before wearing.

Place the eye cups in the ziplock bag that comes in the package. Place the bag in the freezer at least 1 hour prior to usage. Once cooled, place the eye cups on the head strap and put the mask on for immediate head, eye and sinus relief.

If cooled in the freezer according to the instructions given, COOL Eye Cups remain ice cold for the doctor-recommended duration of 10 minutes, which is long enough to soothe your head, eyes and sinuses without damaging your skin.

Microwave the STEAM Eye Cups for 20 seconds (and no more than 30 seconds). Remove contact lenses and eye makeup before use. Place the eye cups on the head strap and put the mask on to relieve dry eyes, stress and sinus pressure.

If your Manta doesn’t work for you for any reason, you’re 100% covered — simply reach out to our customer success team at support@mantasleep.com and let them know why the product didn’t work for you. They will provide you with a prepaid return label via email and once we’ve received the item back in good condition and its original packaging, we’ll provide you with a full refund for the item you purchased. In the unlikely event that you aren’t blown away by the quality of your Manta or you happen to encounter a manufacturing defect, email us at support@mantasleep.com within 6 months from the date of purchase and we’ll exchange your Manta for a new one, free of charge. Please note that we can only offer replacements of the same product that you originally purchased.

• PRODUCT EXCHANGES - As a Manta Sleep customer, you have the option of requesting for a product exchange in lieu of a refund if your order was placed 60 days (or less) ago. Product exchange is possible as long as the price of the item you wish to exchange for is the same as (or lower than) your original purchase.
