I haven’t used these yet but I did test one of the stickers on my cable box and it blocked all the light. I’m sure they will help when traveling. I just need to remember to take them off before going to the next city on my trip!

Best sleep mask so far: comfortability, adjustability light blocking ( unless your face gets in a weird position). I love the eye cups with the possibility to use hot or cold inserts. Well thought out design!

I love this mask. I don’t start my sleep with it on, but put it on about 4 AM or so, then the bedroom is dark and the sunrise doesn’t disturb my early morning sleep. So much more rested now.
